Once confirmation has been received, guests will be sent the accommodation guide, which will contain the necessary instructions for paying the security deposit and completing the traveler registration, as well as access instructions and other useful information for their stay. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, the security deposit payment and registration of all travelers must be completed no later than 7 days before arrival. If both requirements are not completed within the established timeframe, the reservation will be canceled due to non-compliance with the conditions. For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, guests will have 1 hour from the time the reservation is confirmed to complete both requirements or request a free cancellation. Once this period has elapsed, if the security deposit has not been paid and the travelers have not been registered, the reservation will be canceled immediately due to non-compliance with the conditions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
